Baby Factory

My family is officially a baby factory. At least it's a super cute factory.

I Heart San Francisco

Instead of showing the shortbread and chicken parmesan I made today, I took a little picture field trip to checkout the newer hearts on display before they disappear in the auction.

Racist Dogs

This lady in Chinatown made her boy puppy sit and let me take a photo with my phone. She told me I was lucky that he sat and let me take a pic since he probably would never do the same for a white person. Aren't dogs supposed to be color blind?

Red Cleavers and Green Thumbs

This morning in Palo Alto, there was an "incident" at a Chinese restaurant with someone being attacked with a cleaver. All of us at work speculated that the suspect could easily be our IT guy, but he didnt match the weight description on the news. But instead of posting a bloody image of a cleaver, I think a little plant is much more appealing. I've somehow managed to keep this little plant alive for the past 6 months. Since it was a present, I felt the pressure to make sure I didn't kill it. For a little while I was worried that the little wrinkly yellow thing was shrinking and dying, until Diana told me it was in fact a rock. This is just proof that I really didn't learn anything in school.

Star Sweatshop

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I had to start a star folding sweatshop in the kitchen at work. Just like sweatshop conditions, no window was open, no one was allowed to go to the bathroom, and unproductive/inefficient workers were forced to be "let go."

I'm Seeing Stars

90 stars folded, and about 895 more to go. . .

Why? Cause I'm stupid and decided to get a gargantuan jar for Kaityln for her kindergarten "graduation." I've barely made a dent in filling up the jar, and I'm thinking of downgrading to filling up a shot glass instead. Is it inappropriate to give a 5 year old a shot glass for a graduation?
