I really wanted to take a picture of this guy who had his dog in a baby carrier on his back, but I don't think he'd appreciate that when I'm 2 feet away. Instead, I was at In-n-Out Burger when I thought it was 1998 and saw this grown man holding Cartman. I like the asian lady on the right who looks like she's laughing at him.

He's Not Fat. He's Big Boned
